Positive Behaviour Support

Here at Wood Bank we recognise that every child is unique and needs support in different ways. There is no approach that is ‘one size fits all’ as all our pupils respond to different strategies and techniques. Our aim is to ensure that pupils are provided with positive strategies to regulate and reduce their behaviours. Some of our pupils require a ‘Positive Behaviour Support Plan’ which enables all adults to work in the same way to give the child the best chance of regulating their emotions and supporting their behaviours.
